We’re jammin’ in the kitchen

We make Santa Cruz’s favorite jams and mustards. We’ve earned a loyal fan base since we were the first Cottage Food Producers in the county, way back in 2013.

We don’t do ordinary. You can go to the grocery store for that. We like to tantalize taste buds with our fun, innovative flavor combinations that people love.

I grew up in Silicon Valley when it was all orchards and started making homemade jam with my mom at an early age. In fact, I never had a store bought jam until I went off to college.

Once I grew up and had my twin daughters, Natalie and Adrienne, I began to teach them. I spent years working in communications and marketing in the local agriculture industry and was honored to have the best produce in my kitchen. Natalie went to culinary school and we soon began to experiment with creative jam recipes and giving them as presents.

Next thing you know, the rest is sticky, yummy history!

We added mustard to our list because - who doesn’t love mustard? I figured, hey I love mustard! I can learn to make mustard!

Our new Jammy Jewel gummies will debut this spring at farmers’ markets and events. We take fan faves of Twins Kitchen jams and turn them into gemlike gummies that explode in your mouth with flavor and look all fancy and sparkly, as well.

Natalie was the original twin in Twins Kitchen. She and her sister now are living wonderful lives far away, and Mom is only with me in spirit. I miss them all, but the love we’ve always had is in every bite of Twins Kitchen food.
